Claudia Rodríguez, Esq.

Attorney Claudia Rodríguez was born and raised in Mexico City. Attorney Rodríguez immigrated to the United States in 1987 and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and her Masters of Arts degree in Behavioral Science from California State University, Dominguez Hills.

Attorney Rodríguez graduated from Whittier Law School in May 2005 and was admitted to the California Bar in 2006. During law school, Attorney Rodriguez clerked for San Pedro Community Legal Services, a non-profit organization, which specialized in immigration and family law.

Upon completion of law school, Attorney Rodríguez practiced as an Immigration and Family Law Attorney for San Pedro Community Legal Services for a year. In addition, Attorney Rodriguez practiced as an Immigration Attorney for a private law firm in Orange County for two years. Attorney Rodríguez has represented hundreds of clients before the bankruptcy, family and criminal courts.

Attorney Rodríguez is admitted to practice law before all California State courts and all federal courts. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Central District of California.
